Grilled Mackerel & Orange Salad: Fresh Mackerel Fillet Grilled, Blood Red Oranges, Chili’s Served Atop A Watercress, Spinach & Rocket Salad

Paired with Merry Edwards 2022 Sauvignon Blanc

Course 2

Braised Fennel Gnocchi: House Made Potato Gnocchi, Braised Fennel Swimming In Chardonnay Cream Sauce

Paired with Merry Edwards 2022 Anderson Valley Chardonnay

Course 3

Shitake & Smoked Duck Enchilada: Cold Smoked Duck Breast, Shitake Mushrooms Sautéed In Truffle Butter & Manchego All Rolled Into A House Made Tortilla Then Drowned In An Appenzeller Mornay Sauce.  Roasted To Perfection & Served With A Doppel Of Gorganzola Cream Sauce

About Sommelier Pete Beem

Pete Beem is a Level II Certified Sommelier with many years of experience in fine wine and fine dining. He is passionate about educating and entertaining guests, as well as the art of pairing wines with food to enhance the dining experience.
