Course 1

Barramundi Lemon & Zoodles
Australian barramundi pan seared in garlic oil, topped with fresh lemon juice, garlic & chilis. Served over steamed zucchini noodles
Pairing: Molly Dooker Euphria by Sarah Sparkling Verdelho

Course 2

Flightless Slider
Fresh ground emu from Sydney, gorgonzola sauce, house made pickles, served with thrice cooked fries and chili slaw.

Ironbark Smoked Brisket
Slow smoked Australian brisket served with smoked scallop potato, corn bread, & burnt ends.

Pheasantly Delicious
Wild-caught pheasant poached in herb butter then roasted with root vegetables.
Pairing: Molly Dooker Blue-Eyed Boy Shiraz 2020

Giggley Pig
Slow roasted wild boar shoulder served over locally caught chantarelle mushroom risotto.

Super gooey date filled sponge cake topped with extra sticky toffee sauce.

Thaddeus is the Chef/Owner of Table For Twelve, going on year two bringing culinary experiences into the Effingham area's homes and business's one delicious bite at a time. Specializing in fresh and sustainaabale ingredients to create unique and memorable events.

About Sommelier Pete Beem

Pete Beem is a Level II Certified Sommelier with many years of experience in fine wine and fine dining. He is passionate about educating and entertaining guests, as well as the art of pairing wines with food to enhance the dining experience.
