Food Menu

Chicken Gumbo – $12
A classic Southern dish inspired by the flavors of Louisiana, made with tender chicken simmered in a rich, slow cooked roux with onions, celery, bell peppers, and andouille sausage.  Seasoned with bold spices and served over fluffy white rice for a hearty, comforting dish.

Red beans & Rice – $10
Comfort dish, featuring slow-simmered red beans cooked with savory spices and smokey sausage, served over fluffy white rice. Rich, hearty & full of bold southern flavor.

Shrimp Etouffee – $15
A dish featuring shrimp smothered in a rich, flavorful sauce made with a buttery roux, onions, celery, & bell peppers. Seasoned with bold cajun spices & served over fluffy white rice, for a savory comforting taste.

Hurricane – $12
A tropical New Orleans classic with light and dark rum, passion fruit, citrus juices, and a splash of grenadine. Bright, fruity, and dangerously smooth.

The Sazerac – $12
A bold New Orleans favorite featuring Sazerac Rye, Peychaud’s bitters, and a hint of absinthe, finished with a lemon twist. Smooth, aromatic, and timeless.

King Cake Martini – $13
A dessert-inspired cocktail with Smirnoff vanilla vodka, Baileys, RumChata, Grand Marnier, and cream, finished with a festive purple, green, and gold sugar rim.

French 75 – $11
An elegant gin cocktail with fresh lemon, simple syrup, and Steorra champagne. Light, bubbly, and perfectly balanced.

Pimm’s Cup – $11
A refreshing blend of Pimm’s No.1 topped with ginger ale, cucumber, and strawberry. Crisp, light, and perfect for easy sipping.

Smirnoff Vanilla vodka, pineapple, coconut, and lime topped with sparkling Steorra champagne and a festive sugar rim. Tropical, bubbly, and celebratory.

Purple Passion Punch (Mocktail) – $8
A vibrant mix of grape, cranberry, orange, and lemon topped with sparkling water. Bright, fruity, and refreshing.

King Cake Cooler (Mocktail) – $9
